Change! It is rumbling in.

I have never used astrology to spread fear, and I never will. However, just as pilots disengage the autopilot when they see a storm, or keep their eyes peeled to disengage it at any moment, trying to perform their duties with care and awareness—we are in exactly such an environment. We have entered the storm; we are in an energy transition that will increasingly intensify. These days are strong, and as of the 20th, the wind will get even harsher.

At this point, I am not interested in what to expect, but how we prepare. We hear this every day, but please, for the next 15 days, let’s experience practicing this every day, every moment, and in every breath:

💫 Live each day as if it were your last.

💫 Treat every individual you communicate with—from your family and your great love to the bagel seller you meet on the street every morning—as if you are seeing them for the very last time.

💫 One of the good sides of starting my professional life working with death and grief was knowing that this is a huge transformation for both parties and that the biggest regrets always stem from those “last words.” During this process, treat every being you encounter as if you are encountering them for the last time.

💫 This doesn’t mean you have to accept everything; rather, it creates an awareness regarding what you say and how you say it.

💫 Sit inside whatever you are feeling. Without running away, without trying to change or elevate it, without resisting. We have all sat by the sea with the waves; they come, crash, shake us, and leave. Without excluding any emotion, without getting stuck in any emotion. Feel it, sit with it, allow it to pass.

💫 Stay cool-headed when you face your disappointments and illusions. Allow it. Being wrong is your greatest right, failing is your most natural right. Learning from these is your greatest skill—or perhaps repeating the same mistake without learning is. Allow it; you will succeed better each time.

💫 Share when you feel bad, speak up. No problem is too big or too small. Whatever you feel in that moment, that is what it is. Don’t compare. It is what it is. When someone shares with you, listen with the perspective that “it is very normal to feel this way.” Be there for them. Ask what you can do for them; don’t decide for them. Ask questions, ask the right question. We will be there for each other, at every moment. And there is no such thing as a stupid question, no such thing as a small, unimportant problem.

💫 Mother Earth’s and our frequencies are changing; change is coming with a powerful wave. Expect everything at any moment, but not by hoping for the worst, but by knowing that everything happening has a reason in the big picture. Stop.

💫 Smile when your mind rushes left and right, jumping from emotion to emotion. Just like watching two tiny children fighting, like the trust you have that they will find a solution. Watch, let it know it is seen, develop understanding—for yourself and for all existing beings.

💫 When you are scared, hug yourself, and know: this too shall pass.

💫 Make peace with your wounds, with compassion. The light will enter exactly through those cracks. Just like feeling compassion for a small child with a bleeding knee. Knowing that this isn’t about “deserving” it. With compassion, make peace with your wounds.

💫 Try to make your life energy sustainable. Value your passions and desires. Enjoy thoroughly what gives you pleasure with your 5 senses. Do not exclude, do not belittle, do not underestimate.

💫 When you are in harmony with yourself, you will be happy and feel good.

💫 Just like living. Without separating, all together, in the exact same boat, we are entering the same storm. Whether you see it or not, EVERYONE is struggling with something, trying, failing, fearing, stepping back, running, escaping, fearing, daring, walking while stumbling. We are on the road together. It is time to hug each other with gratitude.

💫 May it BE in ONENESS.

We are loved limitlessly. With faith in the power of light and nature. Namaste! I love you!
